WATERCO ACQUIRES THE BUSINESS OF POOL AND SPA POPPITS PTY LTD

Waterco Ltd (ASX:WAT) hereby announces that it has acquired the business of Pool and Spa Poppits Pty Ltd.

Through this acquisition Waterco Ltd (Waterco) will enter the market of chlorine-free water treatment for spas.

Based on the results of the acquired business in the last financial year, the acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on the results of Waterco in the current financial year.
