Annual General Meeting Date and Director Nomination Closing Date

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Waterco Limited ACN 002 070 733 (ASX: WAT) ( Company ) advices that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 27 October 2021. A Notice of Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to ASX and provided to Shareholders before the end of September 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with rule 6.1(m) of the Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for election of Directors is Wednesday, 14 September 2021.

Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (Sydney time) on this date at the Company’s registered office at 36 South Street, Rydalmere, NSW 2116.
