Issue of Equity and Grant of Options
Water Intelligence is a leading provider of smart water monitoring products and precision, non-invasive leak detection and remediation services. The Group's strategy is to be a "one-stop" solution provider for water utilities and commercial and residential customers as the need to prevent water loss from leaks and to preserve a scarce natural resource is increasingly recognized in markets around the world.
Water Intelligence announces that it has today agreed to issue 33,000 ordinary shares and to grant options over 67,000 ordinary shares to Restoration Partners Limited in satisfaction of amounts due to be paid to them by the Company.
Application will be made for the 33,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 18 September 2013. Following the issue of the new ordinary shares the Company will have 9,637,417 ordinary shares in issue.
The share options are capable of being exercised at 75 pence per share up until 12 September 2016.
