Water Intelligence plc (the "Company")
PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that it received notification on 10 February 2021 that Dr Patrick DeSouza, Executive Chairman of the Company, has, for personal estate and tax planning purposes, transferred 270,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to a related trust, of which his immediate family is the sole beneficiary. Dr DeSouza is the trustee of one of the trusts and his wife is the trustee of the other.
Following these transfers, Dr DeSouza will hold 177,110 Ordinary Shares in his own name, but his beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged. The following notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail on the transfers.
