Result of AGM

Water Intelligence plc (AIM: WATR.L) ("Water Intelligence" or "Group"), a leading multinational provider of precision, minimally-invasive leak detection and remediation solutions for both potable and non-potable water is pleased to confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 10:30 a.m. on 7 October 2024 that all resolutions, including the Rule 9 Waivers (the "Rule 9 Waiver Resolutions"), were duly passed.

The full text of the Rule 9 Waiver Resolutions was included in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting (dated 13 September 2024) that was posted to shareholders and also made available on the Company's website  www.waterintelligemce.co.uk  (the "Notice").

The Company now has the authority to buy back shares. Further announcement will be made at the relevant time regarding implementation of the Share Buy-Back Authority.
