Publication of Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Watchstone announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 on the Group's website at  http://www.watchstonegroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/ .

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 has been posted to registered shareholders who have so elected.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am on 27 June 2025 at Dorsey & Whitney Europe LLP, 199 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3UT.

The Notice of the AGM has been published on the Company's website at  http://www.watchstonegroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/ .

Shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, they have received instructions to enable them to vote electronically and how to register to do so.
