Publication of Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Watchstone announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 on the Group's website at  www.watchstonegroup.com/investors .

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 has been posted today to registered shareholders who have so elected.

The 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 29 May 2024 at 10.00am at WH Ireland, 24 Martin Ln, London EC4R 0DR. The Notice of the AGM has been published on the Company's website at  https://www.watchstonegroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/ .

Shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, they have received instructions to enable them to vote electronically and how to register to do so.
