On June 24, 2023 Stielund Invest ApS - a closely related party to - Niels Stielund, Chairman of the Board of directors of WPU - Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S notified WPU that Stielund Invest ApS through three off market transactions has divested a total of 646.464 shares in the company. The transactions was conducted at an average price of NOK 0 ( Norwegian kroner Zero). After the divestment Stielund Invest ApS holds a total of 13.972.796 shares in WPU. On June 24, 2023 Christina Mandal - a closely related party to - Niels Albertsen, member of the Board of directors of WPU - Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S notified WPU that she had acquired a total of 416.700 shares in WPU in an off market transaction. The transactions was conducted at an average price of NOK 0 ( Norwegian kroner Zero). On June 24, 2023 primary insider and vice-chairman of WPU – Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S Mr. Klaus Lindblad, acquired a total of 200,000 shares in WPU in an off market transaction.
