Pursuant to Regulation 30 of (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that at a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 2[nd] June, 2020, following the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has arrived at the following decisions:

• (1) Approved the reappointment and continuance of Mr Subhajit Kumar Ghosh, Managing Director of the Company from 1[51] April, 2020 to 5[th] June, 2020 and he will retire as Managing Director from close of businesshours of 5[th] June, 2020 . He will however ,continue as a Director of the Company.

• (2) Approved the retirement of Mr Siddhartha Roy, President-Legal & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from close of businesshours of 31[st] March, 2020.

• (3) Approved the appointment of Mrs Soma Chakraborty (Membership NO.A11108) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1[st] April, 2020.

In connection with (3) above please find enclosed our disclosure in terms of the SEBI Circular NO.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/20 15dated 9[th] September, 2015.
