The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on 9[th] August, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Suvira House, 4B Hungerford Street, Kolkata 700 017 to, inter alia, approve the Unaudited Financial Resultsfor the Quarter Ended 30[th] June, 2019. We have already communicated to you on 27[th] June 2019 that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1 st JUly,2019 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Resultsfor the Quarter ended 30[th] June 2019 which would now be till 11[th] August, 2019, for purchase/sale/ dealing in the Company's shares by designated persons in terms of the Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of InsiderTrading) Regulations, 2015.

Notice isalso hereby given that the Registerof Members of the Company would be closed from 5th September to 11th September, 2019 ( both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 11th September, 2019.
