Grant of Options

Directors/PDMR Shareholding

Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that, on 24 November 2023, it granted 808,500 options ("Options") over Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Group employees under the Warpaint London PLC share option schemes. The Options have been granted pursuant to the Company's annual review of remuneration and incentivisation packages.

The Options are exercisable at a price of 325 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-price on 23 November 2023. The Options are excercisable from 24 November 2026 until 24 November 2033. The Options are not subject to the satisfaction of any performance criteria.

Included within the 808,500 Options granted, the following grants were made to PDMRs:

Warpaint sells branded cosmetics under the lead brand names of W7 and Technic. W7 is sold in the UK primarily to retailers and internationally to local distributors or retail chains. The Technic brand is sold in the UK and continental Europe with a significant focus on the gifting market, principally for high street retailers and supermarkets.  In addition, Warpaint supplies own brand white label cosmetics produced for several major high street retailers.  The Group also sells cosmetics using its other brand names of Man'stuff, Body Collection and Chit Chat.
