PDMR Dealings and Total Voting Rights

Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that on 19 September 2024, Matthew Goldstein, Managing Director of Retra and a PDMR, exercised 110,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at an exercise price of 122 pence.  Mr Goldstein then sold the resultant 110,000 Shares from the exercise of options on the same day at a price of 543 pence per Share.

The above options were granted to Mr Goldstein on 24 May 2021 pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Scheme and the resultant Shares are covered by the Company's Blocklisting which was announced by the Company on 3 October 2023.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 77,742,723 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
