The following persons, being the Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company, purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each at the price of £1.10 per share under the placing, open offer and offer for subscription as set out in the Prospectus dated 18 June 2020.
