VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

UNAUDITED CONTRACTED SALES DATA

FOR THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

This announcement is made by Wang On Properties Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that for the nine months ended 31 December 2025, the Group, together with its joint venture companies, achieved aggregate unaudited contracted sales of approximately HK$2,152 million, with a total contracted sales saleable area of approximately 78,396 square feet. For the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, the Group and its joint venture companies recorded aggregate unaudited contracted sales of approximately HK$515 million, with a total contracted sales saleable area of approximately 20,076 square feet.

The unaudited figures disclosed above are based on the preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from those to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or interim basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collecting and collating such information.
