WANG ON GROUP<01222> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Wang On Group Limited ("WANG ON GROUP") have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 100 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of WANG ON GROUP into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from today (07/10/2002), a temporary counter under stock code 2980 and stock short name "WANG ON GROUP" will be established for trading in board lots of 20 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 1222) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
