SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of Wang On Group Limited ( 宏安集團有限公司 )[*] (the “ Company ”), trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 27 November 2008 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a top-up placing and placing of new shares of the Company
