As detailed in the attached notice, the Wilson Asset Management Group hold a relevant interest of 14.68% in Templeton Global Growth Fund Limited (ASX: TGG).

WAM Strategic Value Limited ( WAM Strategic Value or the Company ) was incorporated on 30 March 2021 and listed on the ASX today, Monday 28 June 2021. The Company is now included in the Wilson Asset Management Group.

WAM Strategic Value purchased a portfolio of LICs and LITs held by the WAM Entities, under a deed. The deed and the terms of the purchases were disclosed in Section 10.3 of the Company’s Prospectus dated 17 May 2021.

The Company confirms that all acquisitions under the deed have been completed.
