NTA BOOSTED BY PERFORMANCE FEE WAIVER
The Manager of WAM Research Limited (WAX) has informed the Board that in this transition year FY2011 it will waive, on a one off basis, the payment of $743,180 performance fee that is due and payable.
The performance fee resulted from the Manager outperforming the market by 5.3%. WAX’s portfolio increased 17.5% for the FY2011. The waiving of the fee will increase the company’s NTA by $743,180.
Below is a table setting out the NTA figures.
