WAM Capital Limited (ACN 086 587 395) ( WAM ) gives notice under section 650F of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that:

• (a) WAM's off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in amaysim Australia Limited (ACN 143 613 478) ( Offer ), under its bidder's statement to be dated 2 February 2021, will be free from all defeating conditions. Accordingly, the Offer will open as unconditional; and

• (b) as at the date of this notice, WAM has nil voting power in amaysim.
