WAM Capital (ASX: WAM) now controls 58.25% of all Wealth Defender Equities Limited (ASX: WDE) shares and has declared the takeover offer is free of defeating conditions other than prescribed occurrences.

If you do not accept WAM Capital’s takeover offer before it closes on Friday, 26 October 2018:

1. WAM expects WDE’s share price will FALL ;

2. WDE may be DELISTED ; and

3. You WILL NOT receive the fully franked WAM Capital final dividend of 7.75 cents per share.
