Dear Shareholder

Important Notice: Replacement Proxy Form

You will have recently received the notice of meeting and proxy form for the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Blue Sky Alternatives Access Fund Limited to be held on Friday 21 November 2014.

It has come to our attention that due to an error in mailing the incorrect proxy form was attached to the notice of meeting that was sent to you.

Enclosed with this letter is a new, replacement proxy form to be completed and returned. For ease of identification it has been printed on blue paper.

Please disregard the previous proxy form as it will not be accepted by our registry services provider, Link Market Services. There have been no changes to the notice of meeting or the resolutions to be considered at the AGM.

If you have already completed and returned the proxy form, you will be required to complete and return a copy of the enclosed blue replacement proxy form by 11.00am (Brisbane time) on Wednesday 19 November 2014 for your proxy to be valid. Proxy forms submitted on the previous form will not be accepted.

The error was isolated to the printed proxy forms sent to shareholders and does not affect any votes submitted online.

Your vote is important, so we encourage all shareholders to read the notice of meeting carefully and vote either by proxy, online or at meeting.
