BONUS OPTION ISSUE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Directors of WAM Active Limited (WAA) are pleased to announce a 1 for 1 bonus issue of options to acquire ordinary shares in the capital of WAA. The options will have an exercise price of $1.15 per option and they will expire 30 April 2011. The options are being issued to shareholders at no cost.
The prospectus will be sent to shareholders of WAA shortly.
The Board of WAA is focused on growing the company and creating shareholder value and it believes this option issue will assist in this goal.
