Priority offer for new LIC Future Generation Investment Fund

Dear fellow shareholder,

I would like to offer you a priority in a new Listed Investment Company (LIC) with dual objectives of providing investors with exposure to selected Australian Fund Managers and supporting Australian charities. I would also like to invite you to attend a presentation about the new LIC. Please see invitation overleaf.

About Future Generation Investment Fund

The LIC intends to invest in funds managed by selected Australian fund managers who have indicated they will forgo all management and performance fees. These fees are expected to be more than 1.0% of assets per annum. A number of other service providers have also indicated they will provide their services on a pro bono basis.

The LIC’s charitable goal will involve the company donating 1.0% of assets per annum to Australian charities with a focus on supporting children at risk. The difference between the forgone fees by service providers including the fund managers and the annual donation amount is for the benefit of shareholders.

More details about the Future Generation Investment Fund will be included in the Prospectus which will be available on 7 July 2014.

Wilson Asset Management’s involvement

The team at Wilson Asset Management is passionate about making a difference and in keeping with this purpose, intend to support the Future Generation Investment Fund by providing services, such as accounting and marketing services, on a pro bono basis. I will be a director and will not receive a director’s fee.

Future Generation Investment Fund intends to raise money by a Prospectus during July and August with shareholders of WAM Capital Limited (WAM), WAM Research Limited (WAX) and WAM Active Limited (WAA) to be offered a priority allocation to apply for shares.
