$20m priority allocation in CYA offer

The Board of Century Australia Investments Limited (ASX: CYA) is offering a $20 million priority allocation to WAM Capital, WAM Leaders, WAM Research and WAM Active shareholders in the $75 million capital raising.[* ] The company announced yesterday it had already exceeded the $16 million minimum listing requirement.
