RETURN OF CAPITAL - KEY DATES

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held yesterday on 19 May 2015 WAM Active Limited shareholders approved the Return of Capital of 4.0 cents per share to be paid on the 1[st] June 2015. The key dates relating to this Return of Capital are outlined below.
