WAM Active appoints new Company Secretary

The Board of WAM Active Limited (the Company) announces the appointment of Linda Vo as Company Secretary. Linda has more than 10 years’ experience in financial accounting and business advisory. Linda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a fully qualified CPA.

Linda joined Wilson Asset Management in 2011 and is currently Finance Manager, overseeing finance and accounting for Wilson Asset Management’s three listed investment companies, WAM Capital Limited (WAM), WAM Research Limited (WAX) and WAM Active (WAA).

WAM Active’s incumbent Company Secretary, Kate Thorley, will continue to serve the Company as a Non-Executive Director.
