WAM Active Limited (WAA) announces the resignation of Chris Cuffe from the Board of Directors effective 1 July 2011. Earlier this month Chris was appointed Chairman of UniSuper Limited effective 1 July 2011. UniSuper is one of Australia’s largest industry super funds and the increased time commitment for this role has resulted in Chris stepping down as director of WAA.
The Board would like to wish Chris every success with his new role and thank him for his contribution to the company since November 2007.
