HAYWOOD INV<00905> - Amendment to Results Announcement (advised by HAYWOOD INV) The Stock Exchange has received a message from Haywood Investments Limited which is reproduced as follows:- "Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18th April 2006 in relation to the final results announcement summary of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31st December 2005 (the "Final Results Announcement Summary") submitted to the Exchange web site, the correct weighted average number of shares for 2005 should be 136,547,945. The discrepancy was due to a mere typographical error during the preparation of the summary version of the Results Announcements."
