CHANGE OF HEAD OFFICE AND PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Global Mastermind Capital Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that the head office and principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to Unit 3107, 31/F., West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong with effect from 23 September 2016.

The telephone number of the Company will be changed to (852) 2786 6100 with effect from 23 September 2016 and the facsimile number of the Company will remain unchanged.
