RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Director(s) ”) of Mastermind Capital Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. Ha Wing Ho, Peter (“ Mr. Ha ”) resigned as an executive Director with effect from 19 September 2014 as he would like to spend more time to pursue his business.

Mr. Ha has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the members of the Board and there is no other matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Mr. Ha for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
