New number of shares and votes in Wallenstam AB

Due to the fact that the share split resolved upon by the 2022 Annual General Meeting has now been executed, the number of shares and votes in Wallenstam AB (publ) has changed.

The total number of shares in Wallenstam AB (publ) as of May 31, 2022, the last trading day of the month, amounts to 660,000,000, of which 69,000,000 are A shares and 591,000,000 are B shares, corresponding to a total of 1,281,000,000 votes. The share capital is unchanged and amounts to SEK 165,000,000.

As of May 31, 2022, Wallenstam holds no treasury shares.
