Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA – Partial repurchase of WalWil01 and unlisted USD 6% 17/22

Oslo, 7 April 2022 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 6 April 2022 where Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA announced the completion of a new sustainability-linked senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 1,250 million with maturity date on 21 April 2027. In conjunction with the bond issue, the company has bought back approximately NOK 296 million of the outstanding bond WalWil01 (ISIN NO0010807373) and USD 21.8 million of the outstanding bond USD 6% 17/22 (ISIN NO0010790645).
