Program to repurchase own shares

In accordance with the authorization to acquire own shares given at the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2018, the Board of Directors has mandated management to initiate a program to buy-back own shares. The purpose with the share buy-back program is to cover for management's share incentive program and for an employee share purchase program managed by “The Foundation for WW Group employees”.

The total number of shares to be acquired is of a value of up to NOK 25 million. The shares will be purchased from the open market. The share buy-back program will commence on 14 November 2018 and will continue until further notice.
