Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 13 November 2018 announcing repurchase of shares for top management and employee incentive programs.

As part of this program, Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA purchased 100.000 own shares on 14 November 2018. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 30,4791 per share. After this transaction Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA holds 100.000 own shares.
