Tallyman selling shares in WWASA and buying shares in WWI

Tallyman AS has on November 11, 2010 purchased  143.590 class A shares in Wilh.

Wilhelmsen Holding ASA ("WWI") at the price of 137,75 per share.

New holding is thereby 20.206.246 shares of WWI class A and  2.281.044 shares of

WWI  class B.

Tallyman AS is controlled and partly owned by Mr. Wilhelm WIlhelmsen, board

member of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA. After Tallyman's latest share purchase

he controls.

20.303.630 WWI A-shares - representing 58,62 % of total A-share capital - and

2.302.444  WWI B-shares - representing 19,40% of total B-share capital -

totalling 22.606.074 shares i representing 48,61% of the total share capital in

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA.

At the same time, Toluma Norden AS has sold 588.685 shares in Wilh. WIlhelmsen

ASA at the price of 33,60 per share. Remaining holding is 11.135 shares in WW

ASA.

Toluma Nordean AS is controlled, partly owned and chaired by Mr. Wilhelm

Wilhelmsen.

Following this sale transaction investment/holding companies controlled by Mr.

Wilhelm Wilhelmsen own 3.569.315 shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA. (Please refer

to our stock exchange notification of June 16, 2010).
