Today, Wallenius Wilhelmsen transferred 93,968 shares to executives under Wallenius Wilhelmsen's long-term incentive program ("LTI"). The purpose of the LTI program is to drive the growth and performance of Wallenius Wilhelmsen leading to long-term value creation and thus increased shareholder value.

The value of the LTI program is directly linked to four elements:

2) Wallenius Wilhelmsen Market Capitalization development
