Please find attached the presentation that will be held during the

management roadshow in connection with the contemplated merger

between Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA ("WWASA") and Wallroll AB (the

"Merger"). Upon completion of the Merger, the new entity to be named

"Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA", with ticker WWL, will be based

on the existing listing of WWASA and continue to be listed on the

Oslo Stock Exchange.

The nominated WWL ASA Management will commence a roadshow to meet

potential investors starting 30 March.
