Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA has mandated Danske Bank,

DNB Markets, Nordea and SEB to arrange a series of fixed

income investor meetings commencing on 25 September 2017.

Following the investor meetings, a senior unsecured bond

issue (denominated in either NOK or USD) with expected tenor

of 5 years may follow, subject to market conditions.
