Wallenius Wilhelmsen: Key information related to proposed dividend for H2 2024

As announced in the Q4 2024 results on February 12, 2025, the Board of Directors of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has declared a dividend of USD 1.24 per share for H2 2024, corresponding to 95% of net profit for the period. The dividend consists of an ordinary dividend of USD 0.65 based on 50% of the company’s net profit and an extraordinary portion of USD 0.59 based on the company’s strong financial position.

The declared dividend will be paid in NOK. The USD/NOK conversion will take place shortly before payment. Details on relevant dates can be found below.
