Wallenius Wilhelmsen: Key information related to proposed dividend for H1 2024

As announced in the Q2 2024 results on 13 August 2024, the Board of Directors of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has declared a dividend of USD 0.61 per share for H1 2024 under the new dividend policy.

The declared dividend will be paid in NOK. The USD/NOK conversion will take place shortly before payment.

The H1 2024 dividend will be paid together with the second tranche of the already approved 2023 dividend of USD 0.46 per share. Consequently, eligible shareholders will receive a total of USD 1.07 per share. Details on relevant dates can be found below.

The dividend payment for H1 2024 will be made in accordance with the approval provided at Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2024.
