As reported in the Q4-22 results, on 7 February 2023 the board of directors of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA decided to propose a dividend of USD 0.85 per share for the fiscal year 2022. The dividend will be declared in USD and paid in NOK in two tranches. USDNOK conversion will take place shortly before each payment. The dividend payment is to be resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2023.
