Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA: Successful placement of new sustainability-linked senior unsecured bonds

Oslo, 17 August 2023 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice sent 15 August 2023. Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has today successfully completed the issuance of new NOK 1 billion sustainability-linked senior unsecured bonds with a coupon of 3m NIBOR plus 3.25% p.a. and maturity date on 31 August 2028. Net proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and general corporate purposes. The transaction attracted broad interest across the Nordics and internationally, and was significantly oversubscribed.

Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea and SpareBank 1 Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers.
