Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA: Partial repurchase of WALWIL03
Oslo, 18 August 2023 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 17 August 2023 where Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA announced the completion of a new sustainability-linked senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 1 billion with maturity date on 31 August 2028. In addition to what was reported in a stock exchange notice earlier today, the company has bought back a further NOK 76 million of the outstanding bond WALWIL03 (ISIN NO0010891971)in conjunction with the bond issue.
