WALLENIUS WILHELMSEN ASA - PROSPECTUS APPROVED FOR LISTING OF BONDS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 18 November 2021 regarding a successful tap issue of NOK 500 million under its senior unsecured bonds with maturity in March 2026. The Additional Bonds were issued under a temporary ISIN NO0011157307 (the "Temporary ISIN") and will be merged into the Bonds' original ISIN NO0011082091 (the "Original ISIN").

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 20 January 2022 approved the prospectus with appendices prepared by Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA covering the listing of the Additional Bonds on Oslo Børs. The admission to listing of the Additional Bonds will occur once the Additional Bonds have been transferred from the Temporary ISIN to the Original ISIN. The Additional Bonds will be listed under the Bonds' existing ticker code "WAWI01".
