Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA – Successful placement of new unsecured bonds

Oslo, 20 August 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice sent 18 August 2021. Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has today successfully completed a new NOK 1,500 million senior unsecured bond issue with a margin set at 3 month NIBOR plus 3.90 % p.a. and maturity date on 3 March 2026. Net proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and other general corporate purposes. The transaction was significantly oversubscribed.

Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank acted as joint lead managers for the bond issue.
