Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA – Partial repurchase of WalWil02, WWI19, WalWil01 and unlisted USD 6% 17/22

Oslo, 23 August 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 20 August 2021 where Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA announced the completion of a new unsecured bond issue of NOK 1,500 million with maturity in March 2026. In conjunction with the bond issue, the company has bought back approximately NOK 121 million of the outstanding bond WalWil02(ISIN NO0010831654), NOK 21 million of the outstanding bond WWI19 (ISIN NO0010351281), NOK 202 million of the outstanding bond WalWil01 (ISIN NO0010807373)and USD 33 million of the outstanding bond USD 6% 17/22 (ISIN NO0010790645).
