Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA – Successful bond tap issue
Oslo, 18 November 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice sent 16 November 2021. Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has today successfully completed a tap issue of NOK 500 million under its senior unsecured bonds with maturity in March 2026 (ISIN NO0011082091). Net proceeds from the tap issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
Nordea and SEB acted as joint lead managers for the tap issue.
