WWL - Buy-back of bonds

Reference is made to the notification sent 28 September 2017.

In conjunction with the issuance of NOK 1,000 million of new

senior unsecured five year bonds, Wallenius Wilhelmsen

Logistics ASA has bought back NOK 178.5 million of its WWI22

bonds maturing in June 2018 (ISIN: NO0010682404) at a price

of 100.90 percent of par value.
