Buy - back of WWI15 bond
Wilh Wilhelmsen ASA has today bought NOK 450,5
million of its own bond WWI15 (No0010301344) with
cash settlement on May 14th 2014. The bonds would
have matured in March 2016. After the transaction the
outstanding bonds under WWI 15 are NOK 124,5 million.
The buy-back is part of the normal debt management
in the company.
