Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA: Annual General Meeting held
The Annual General Meeting of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA was held yesterday, 25 April 2019 in Oslo, Norway.
All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the Annual General Meeting that was sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange on 4 April 2019.
The General Meeting approved the Board's proposal to distribute a dividend for 2018 of USD 6 cents per share.
